the pop up book






sebenarnya da lama ada buku pop up book ni... tapi tak diambil perhatiankan.. hanya berehat diam-diam dalam almari putih.. hari ini baru terdetik balik nak tgk buku pop up ni.. then terpikir.. dari duk wat rutin harian yg sama ja tiap-tiap hari, baik lipat-lipat, gunting-gunting kad ni.. mungkin mendatangkan faedah hari berikutnya... mungkin juga di dalam pop up book tu aku wat cite harian aku....



tiba-tiba rasa tersangat jeles dgn rakan2 yg dah pun mulakan keje.. miss my bz life.. dan2. skang ni tgh jadi anak yang boleh jadi bakal menantu yang berjaya.. yang sedap memasak.. yang kemas umah.. mungkin akan datang boleh buat bisnes pop up kad yang berjaya!





dah expert boleh wat cmni..






buat banyak-banyak then bukak exhibition sendiri...hmmmm..

tak salah mencuba..


sedang aku sibuk menelaah novel 'Hatiku Di Harajuku', abang ku berlari keanak-anakan............
salah. berlari dengan lintang pukangnya ke arah aku. dia hanya mampu bertanya mengapa aku tak keluar rumah.. apo gilo abg teman ni.. dah pukui 9 malam suh adek kuar umah.. ngape idok suh teman ni kuor kul 2 pagi??



ghupenye dia menyatakan hasrat untuk melakukan sesuatu untuk 'TM Got Talent'. dia meluahkan bahawa dia sangat menyesal kerna tidak mengikuti project TM tersebut tahun sudah.. dengan berbekalkan keazaman yang tinggi, dia sememangnya malu jikalau adeknya ini melihatnya melakukan sesuatu untuk projek TM tu.. oleh sebab itu, aku sebagai adik mengalah lalu pergi membasuh baju untuk memberi laluan abg aku untuk menari. diulang, menari. boleh ulang lagi? oh. ok2..




di luar rumah aku sedang menunggu sebaldi untuk dipenuhkan air.. sambil merendam baju di dalam sebesen air sabun.. baru sahaja aku hendak memulakan basuhan baju yang pertama, aku terdengar abang aku meroyan sendirian...


'...stoking da pakai.. baju pun da smart.. cahaya da ok, eh nadia ko jgn tutup lampu oren ni tau!...'

KL gangster






cite ni sgt superb! 4 star aku bg.. walaupun duration die hanyalah sejam 15 min...






first time aku rasa cite gangster melayu yang tak bosan n tak gedik mata aku untuk nengoknya..
(mybe sbb ada Aaron aziz kot).. sebelum ni tgk cite ganas2 melayu sumanya nampak sgt lah bajet sampai rasa nak baling baldi merah ja.. bukannlah bermaksud aku nak sgt bangsa melayu jadi gangster cmtu.. ce kt tgk disebalik kisah-kisah gangster depa ni.. kenapa depa jadi camtu.. di sebalik gangster2, ada nilai moral depa yg masih terlekat kat hati..







even watak pompuan pun hanyalah adek aoron yg jual dadah.. tu je.. baguslah tak payah sakit mata aku tgk pompuan duk tertonggek2 depan laki..awww.. malu nyah..



cuma yg jadi distract bile pompuan seblah aku.. oh sgtlah menjengkelkan... bila gelak rasa macam wayang ni die punya.. terkejut mak, nyah... tau la abg zizan i yg tgh wat lawak tu... nyah ni... kaver la sikit.. dah tu nape plak pandang-pandang nyah bila nyah betulkan seat?? tak suka diganggu?? habis yg hang punye jelingan mata.. gelakan dinasour.. mulut sentiasa cakap mcm joyah boleh pulak?? tak suka tak suka tak suka.. (sile buat gaya johan)..




selalu tak kene camtu time tgk wayang.. rasa macam haishh si ^&%$ ni, nasib baik kawan aku tahan aku.. kalau tak senget mulut ko aku wat.. oh kalau lah boleh wat camtu..


lagi 1, bila da abes tgk wayang baru la aku pasan ramai tul dak2 sek tgk.. aku tak tau la mereka ni sek menengah ke sek rendah sebab kecik je masing-masing.. maklum lah skang ni budak form 5 aku ingat darjah 6.. haha.. cuma aku tak suka bila mereka-mereka ni terus buat lagak samseng.. terus berkata 'sial la lu...'... terus buat-buat muka samseng sedangkan badan macam tiang jalan.. bila habis tgk cite tu.. adoila.. adek-adek, kenapa mesti nak ikut setitik hitam di atas kain rentang putih?





papepun suka tgk ketangkasan depa lawan.. lagi-lagi duk depan an.. rasa cam 'woah' 'perh'.. tetiba terasa minat kepada Aaron aziz semakin mendalam.. die da macam vin diesel Malaysia..

berusaha..



tadi makan kat malis n pekene char kuay teaw (did i spell it right?).. terbaik oo lagi-lagi ada org belanja.. lagi best sebenarnya bila dapat jumpa my BF Azim aka azym tough sambil lepak berchit chat ngn die.. then zabaiq datang.. lagi la seronok aku nganyam ketupat ngn depa ni.. depa nganyam lagi terer dari aku..



tapi satu je buat aku tersentap pabila zabaiq kata aku makin besar...!

well mmg la aku ni besar an tapi die kata badan aku makin naik and aku plak tengok badan die makin kurus.. oooemmmjaayy.. rasa cam nak berlari keanak-anakan sambil menangis teresak-esak.. then depa 2 bagi tips.. tips kurus la pelagi.. aku pun dengar dgn penuh teliti.. sebaik tak bawak pen ngn kertas ja kalau tak da lama aku salin.. haha.




so balik umah terus berazam untuk kurus! *gengam tangan*. tapi baru td pi bedal sepinggan char kuay teaw (r u sure i spell it right?).. *tunduk kelemahan* tapi takpe! esok aku akan mulakan hidup dengan makan sehat! *muka semangat balik*..



balik umah terus chat ngn ct.. oh die pun senasib ngn aku n tgh try nak kurus gak.. hehe .. then die search laman2 web untuk perkukuhkan lagi akal untuk kuruih ni.. n die bagi aku link ni.. n aku pun post kat sini sekadar sharing2 ngn hanpa suma..





Do at least 20-50 jumping jacks or star jumps everyday this will also help burn some calories that you want to get rid of. Do not do more than 50 jumping jacks, it will make you tired and your body will ache before doing the next exercise. This exercise only takes about 1-3 minutes.

  1. If you take naps everyday, you can become overly tired and it helps you gain more weight. It will make you sleep soundly at night if you do not take naps.

  1. Don't just have 3 meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner... eat up to 6 portioned meals/snacks a day. By eating 6 times a day you give your metabolism a constant need to be working. Snacks should be healthy foods like vegetables, fruit, or whole grains NO JUNK CHIPS, SNACK CAKES, ETC!!! The key is portion reduction. If you eat 5 pancakes for breakfast, cut back to 2 pancakes. Make sure you cut back little by little on what you eat. Generally making conversation while eating allows your body the time to recognize if you are full or not. Do not be tempted to eat the food because you are not satisfied yet. Once you are full, that's enough.

  1. Check the Nutrition Facts every time you eat, and record it to a notebook. Look at the serving size and how much calories it has. For a day, a normal person eats 2,000 calories a day. Make sure you only go to 1,500-2,500 calories a day.

  1. Play sports for 30 minutes, playing basketball with a friend will help a lot for a short amount of time.

  1. If you always pass by a court, any sport court, run across the court and back twice. Simple exercises helps too.

  1. Lift weights for 5-10 minutes. Helps you burn calories and have stronger muscles.

  1. Get friends with you and dance, dance your heart out without alcohol and drugs. Keep safe and healthy. Dance for at least 30-40 minutes.

  1. Make sure you keep the Five-A-Day. Five a day means, two servings of fruit and three servings of vegetables.

  1. Bicycling for about 30 minutes to an hour a day helps. It helps you burn for about 200-250 calories. Try jogging/running for the same amount of time because it helps you burn for about 400-500 calories.

  1. Swimming helps a lot too! Swimming freestyle and swimming 3-4 laps really helps. Make sure you didn't exercise/walk for a long time or run before going to the pool because you might get a cramp and will have a hard time getting out of the pool.

First Time

bersesuaian dengan tajuk di atas...







First time abang aku blanja kami full jalan-jalan seharian..

ini termasuk juga yurann parking keta, makan petang, belanja adek kasut, belanja aku Sony walkman mp3!!!



First time aku makan kat nando's..

malu sekejap sbb baru nak makan kat situ.. pi mintak extra hot peri-peri nye.. sebab suka pedas an.. then bila makan . . . . hamik ko.. ni pedas ala tobasco oo.. pedas dan panas dalam.. which mean i quite dont like it.. tapi pabila perut lapa.. baham je lagi2 orang belanja.. haha




First time orang belanja walkman..

sebenarnya abang nak blanja kamera seperti yg telah dijanjikan dan sayep nyatakan di sini.. tapi tetiba ibu memekik dari bawah 'kamera lama an boleh guna, jgn nak bazir..' oleh kerana mahu menjadi anak yg baik jadi sayep tuka pada sony walkman mp3... lagipun aku pun lama gak ngidam walkman sony sejak2 hp sony merah aku rosak..
nak beli sekali ngn armband die tapi boleh lak tarak stock.. abeh kedai aku ty.. haishh, takleh nak pau abg aku lagi..




First time pegi One Utama..

oh ini lagi lame.. sepatutnya tidak perlu dinyatakan di khalayak ramai.. well aku penaiki LRT n MONOREL yg setia.. so what would u expect?? nak pi sana mesti kene pakai keta unless kalau bapak aku bagi Myvi segedebuk boleh r aku pi sana ari-ari... hehe..
besaq gak OU ek, sakit kaki eden jalan-jalan td.. tu pun tak pusing abeh.. da macam rusa masuk KL aku terxited lebih sambil amik banyak gambar dari kamera abg.. haha



sebenarnya amek ja gambo dari kamera abang cuma malas nak upload sbb memory card reader sudah lari jauh2 n aku sedang menggunakan PC bukan lappy.. kesimpulannya nengok gambo ni je la..
